Returns & Warranty Policy

Pre-Owned Phones: ANDRUFORIA sells pre-owned phones on a phone-only basis. No accessories are included unless specifically stated.

Returns are accepted within 20 days from the date the customer receives the phone, subject to the return conditions below.

After 20 days, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Return Conditions

• The phone must not have been physically damaged by the customer.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The phone must be returned in the same general condition in which it was received.

12-Month Warranty

Eligible pre-owned phones include a 12-month warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Liquid or water damage
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Physical damage caused after the customer receives the phone

Customers requesting a return or warranty assessment must provide proof of purchase.

This policy does not remove any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law in relation to defective, unsafe or incorrectly described goods.
