Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, enquiries and services provided by ANDRUFORIA (Pty) Ltd.
1. Products
ANDRUFORIA offers perfumes, fragrances and selected pre-owned mobile phones.
Product availability, colours, storage options, condition and prices may change depending on available stock.
Pre-owned phones are sold on a phone-only basis. Accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
2. Orders
Customers may place enquiries and orders through ANDRUFORIA's official website or WhatsApp channel.
An order is only considered confirmed once ANDRUFORIA has confirmed:
- Product availability
- Final price
- Payment details
- Delivery or collection arrangements
Customers should wait for confirmation before making payment.
3. Prices
Prices displayed or communicated by ANDRUFORIA may change due to stock, supplier pricing or other business conditions.
The final price will be confirmed before payment is requested.
4. Payment
Customers must use only the official payment details provided by ANDRUFORIA.
ANDRUFORIA will never ask customers to provide banking passwords, PIN numbers or private banking login details.
5. Delivery
ANDRUFORIA uses PAXI for selected deliveries within South Africa.
Customers may choose between:
- Store-to-Store collection at a participating PAXI/PEP point
- Store-to-Home delivery, where available
Delivery fees depend on the selected PAXI service, parcel size and current PAXI pricing.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside ANDRUFORIA's reasonable control.
6. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.
This includes the correct:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address where applicable
- PEP/PAXI collection point where applicable
ANDRUFORIA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
7. Returns on Pre-Owned Phones
Returns on eligible pre-owned phones are accepted within 20 days from the date the customer receives the phone, subject to the Returns & Warranty Policy.
After 20 days, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
The phone must not have been physically damaged by the customer and proof of purchase is required.

8. 12-Month Phone Warranty
Eligible pre-owned phones include a 12-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Liquid or water damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Physical damage caused after delivery
9. Perfume Products
Customers should confirm the fragrance they want before completing their order.
Opened or used perfume products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns, subject to any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer law.
10. Product Images and Descriptions
ANDRUFORIA aims to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screens, product condition or available stock.
11. Website and External Services
ANDRUFORIA may use third-party services such as Firebase, WhatsApp and PAXI to provide website, communication and delivery services.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy
Customer personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
ANDRUFORIA may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in products, services, delivery methods or business operations.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer law.
